The reasonable awards to the objectors are as follows: In respect of Lot 69, the fair compensation is RM578, 710.00 giving the difference of RM263, 050.00. The fair compensation for Lot 70 is RM275, 400.00 giving the difference of RM137, 700.00. The fair compensation for Lot 2424 is RM625, 570.00 giving the difference of RM284, 350.00. I further order that the interest at the rate 5% per annum on the differential sum from the date acquisition until full and final settlement. Each party are to bear their own costs. Parties are to equally bear the fee of RM100.00 payable to each assessor to be paid no later than end of November 2014. The payment of the monies be made through the legal firm of Lai & Co.
